Hi Dr. Simms,
Thank you for the opportunity to put together a social media advertising proposal for
Triple Crown Chiropractic. Below you'll find a breakdown of how we would approach
your campaign, what the costs look like month by month through the end of the year, and a few
questions I'd like your input on before we finalize everything.
Before We Kick Off — A Few Questions
These will help us scope the right package for you:
- Organic social media — Would you like us to manage and post to your social accounts in addition to running paid ads? Or are you just looking for advertising right now?
- Existing content — Do you currently have photos, videos, or graphics that we could post and use in ads? If so, what does that look like — quantity, format, how often new content is produced?
- Both locations — Are we advertising both the Walton and Covington locations under one campaign, or would you want separate campaigns per location at some point?
- Primary goal — Is the main focus new patient acquisition, appointment bookings, brand awareness in the area, or a combination?
- Platforms — Are Facebook and Instagram the priority, or would you also want to include TikTok or Google down the road?
How the Campaign Works
Social media ad campaigns — especially new ones — need a few days to train the algorithm and find
your audience. Here's how we structure it:
Launch Period
Days 1–4
$25 / day
Higher initial spend allows Meta's algorithm to gather data quickly and begin optimizing for your best audience.
Ongoing
Day 5+
$12–$20 / day
Steady daily spend reaching people across both your service areas — 7 days a week, consistently in front of your community.
The campaign will run across Facebook and Instagram, targeting both the Walton and Covington areas
with geo-targeted reach. You'll receive brief updates along the way plus a monthly spend summary.

Total Ad Spend
$2,440–$4,000
The previous provider quoted $675/week ($2,700/month) — ad spend and management combined.
Your max all-in with us: $744/mo — saving you ~$1,956/month.
What's Included in Management
The 20% management fee is straightforward — there's no large agency retainer, no hidden platform fees. Here's what it covers:
- Campaign setup and initial ad build
- Audience targeting (geo, demographic, interest-based)
- Ongoing monitoring and budget optimization
- Ad creative guidance and copy (using your content)
- Brief weekly or biweekly updates via email or text
- Monthly spend summary with performance notes
- Campaign adjustments based on what's working
Ad creative production — when we build or design new ad creatives for your campaign — is billed at $65/hour and is drawn from your retainer until exhausted. Additional services outside standard campaign management — such as advanced reporting, landing page builds, Google Ads, or CRM integrations — can be added à la carte as needed.
Organic Social Management (Optional Add-On)
If you'd like us to also handle your organic posts — content scheduling, caption writing, and account management on Facebook and Instagram — that's something we can layer in. Pricing for organic management depends on posting frequency and whether we're creating content or working from yours.
Your answers to the questions above will help us price that accurately. For now, the numbers on this page are advertising-only.
Getting Started
There is a $250 setup fee to kick off the campaign. This covers initial account access,
campaign structure, targeting setup, and ad preparation.
The setup fee and monthly management fees will be drawn from your retainer until the retainer is exhausted.
Ad spend is billed separately and is not drawn from the retainer — ad spend is paid directly
and invoiced at the end of each month based on actual spend.
Payments by credit card include a 4% processing fee.
Additional Notes: Ad spend ranges reflect a 7-day-per-week campaign at the stated daily budgets.
Actual spend may vary slightly based on Meta's ad delivery system — Meta does not always spend the exact daily
budget every day. Monthly figures are based on calendar-month billing. The management fee is calculated on
actual monthly ad spend billed. All estimates are projections only and not a guarantee of spend or results.
