This proposal is intended to provide a general overview of how our services are structured. We have not yet discussed your final advertising budgets, so any advertising spend figures shown below are examples only and are intended to demonstrate how the pricing model works.
The goal is complete transparency regarding website development, advertising management, infrastructure, hosting, email delivery systems, and ongoing support so you clearly understand where your investment is being allocated.
As you know, we have already begun development activities in order to move the project forward quickly and avoid delays to your business. This proposal formalizes how we typically structure these services moving forward.
To begin services, an initial retainer of $5,000 is required. This retainer allows us to immediately begin planning, development, setup, implementation, and marketing activities without delays associated with project-by-project billing.
Once the retainer balance has been exhausted, services transition to the recurring monthly structure outlined below.
Our management fee is 20% of your monthly advertising spend. Your advertising budget goes directly to Google and is used exclusively for ad placement — we do not mark up advertising costs.

Management fees are calculated at 20% of advertising spend. When you provide content — photos, videos, testimonials, or user-generated content — we handle all campaign setup, targeting, management, optimization, and reporting.
Should content creation, video production, graphic design, or other creative services be required, those would be quoted separately.

All major marketing assets remain under your ownership — including your Google Ads account, Analytics, Google Business Profile, Brevo, domain registration, website content, and customer data.
Your website is built on a modern Next.js and Vercel infrastructure designed for speed, security, scalability, and future business growth.

Most businesses remain around $75/month. As traffic, portals, scheduling, or other features are added, hosting costs may scale to $100+/month.
We use Resend as our transactional email provider to ensure contact form submissions, lead notifications, and appointment requests are delivered reliably — not routed to spam.
Resend costs are billed directly through the platform ($20–$40/month depending on usage). No additional management fee is charged for this service. Accounts are established under client ownership whenever possible.
The monthly plan covers ongoing maintenance, monitoring, security, and standard support. New development, features, integrations, or significant content additions beyond normal maintenance are billed separately at $65/hour.
Our development process uses modern AI-assisted workflows that often allow projects to complete significantly faster than traditional methods. Rather than fixed project fees, we bill only for actual time required.
These would be combined into a single billable hour. We do not bill in quarter-hour or half-hour increments. Billing occurs only after cumulative tracked work exceeds one hour.
Any project expected to exceed two billable hours will be discussed and approved prior to work beginning.
A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments including retainer, monthly fees, hosting, advertising management, and additional development services.
Advertising budgets are separate from management fees and billed directly to advertising platforms whenever possible.
When the retainer balance falls below $500, you will be notified and recurring monthly billing begins in the next billing cycle.
Services, advertising campaigns, hosting, and marketing systems may be paused or suspended on accounts that become past due until payment has been received.
