I wanted to send over a simple cost breakdown for the proposed Pizza World Branson social media advertising campaign.
Based on the suggested timeframe of May 15 through August 15, I would recommend launching strong for the first 3–4 days at $25/day so the campaign has enough budget to train and optimize. After that, I would normally recommend running Wednesday through Sunday, skipping Monday and Tuesday, with a daily budget between $10–$18/day.
Each estimate below includes ad spend plus my 20% monthly management fee.

There is a $250 setup fee to begin the campaign. This covers the initial campaign setup, ad account preparation, targeting structure, and initial creative setup.
Once the setup fee is paid, we will begin building out the campaign and preparing the ads for launch.
Campaign setup and launch preparation will begin once the initial setup fee has been received.
Client will be billed at the end of each month for the actual monthly ad spend and management fee. Payments made by credit card will include a 4% processing fee.
My management fee is simply 20% of the monthly ad spend. I do not charge a large agency retainer or separate creative fees unless the creative needs become more extensive down the road.
The campaign angle of “Branson’s original gourmet pizzeria serving Branson for 20 years” is strong, especially with summer tourist traffic and the opportunity to target people around Extreme Racing, 76 Country Blvd., Cross Creek, and nearby Branson attractions.
